Has Izumi got a piercing?!

Well.. I've wondering this for a while.. but Izumi's got something on his nose..
First I thought this might be a birth mark (I've never been sure, though..), but if you look at this image http://web.pscompany.co.jp/myspace/kagrra2/header.jpg I rather looks like a piercing..
Does anybody know the truth?!
Anyway, if it's a piercing or a birth mark, it fits him well^^

Uhm, I don't really know well, either. But my elder sis & me somehow believe that it's a birthmark We don't know why we're so sure, but perhaps considering Izumi's personality, we assume so

What do the others think? I'm also curious!

I think this is a birth mark, because he's got one in the other side of his face and another one in his neck (I always see him very well hmmm....)
But in some old pictures it was covered with make-up.

I'm sure it's a birth mark.

On this picture is it recognizable very well but here it's covered with make up!
